Prepped
Mercury Magnetics output transformer bolted in, sockets taped off.
More prep
Towels taped in place to protect circuit from metal shavings during pilot-hole drilling.
Measure twice cut once
Pilot-hold drilled and Greenlee chassis punch in place.
I see light
Chassis hold punched out nice and clean.
Test fit
Marshall-style multi-tap selector in place to measure for mounting screw drilling.
Wicked wire
Wire pulled through for measuring before trimming.
Closer
Ohm-selector mounted and secured in place.
Back-side
Completed wiring job in place. QC paint was added to the mounting nuts after the pic was taken.
Done
Chassis clean and testing at 4-ohms. This project was completed in 2009.
